Once the order has been marked COMPLETE by the vendor, Hoorah ensures delivery within 1-3 days.
Shipping. Shipping is calculated upon checkout based on:
Weight & volumetric size. 0 – 2 kg = small. 2.1 – 5kg = medium. 5.1 – 10kg = large
There are very rare exceptions such as a large item apron 1m x 1m that weighs 0 – 2 kg, the shipping will automatically be updated accordingly.
Orders are shipped using only trusted shipping partners.
Customers get emailed a tracking number for each shipment.
Orders are shipped using a door-to-door method.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds and returns
As we are dealing with multiple vendors, our returns policy last 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Should your item become faulty within 30 days from purchase, we will do our utmost best to communicate the problem with the vendor and issue a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging is not necessary however it is advised that you properly package the product to prohibit any damage.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the vendor, but to Hoorah’s offices as stated below..
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also EFT the funds upon your request. We only replace or refund damaged or defective items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items on backorder are subject to longer waiting periods before delivery. These items can take up to 40 days to be delivered. After 40 days, you’ll become eligible for a refund on your order.
