How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Do You Ship Internationally?

International shipping can be arranged per request. Packages that require international shipping should be declared to Hoorah by the shop owners so the applicable shipping class can be assigned to the package.

None of the payees card details are saved or captured by Hoorah Online. It is done through authorized payment portal, PayFast. As e-commerce continues to expand, safety regulations, law and security become more advanced preventing any fraud regarding customer payments.

What if I am unhappy with my product?

Any complaints/returns should be lodged upon receiving items. Hoorah Online Shops will ensure that contact is made with the shop owner and the applicable returns/refund procedure is followed (Refer to T&C’s for more information)

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be changed as shipping commenced directly after payment has been received. Orders can be cancelled before shipping has commenced or before the vendor has completed the order on their end.
